What you should know. We recognize our obligation to keep information about you secure and confidential. It’s important for you to know that we do not share Client information with marketers outside GMN Vacations travel agency and our preferred suppliers that deliver vacation packages. If you so desire, you may tell us you don’t want to receive direct marketing offers from us or from our preferred suppliers.

What the statement covers. This policy covers Client Information, which means personal information about a current or former relationship with GMN Vacations travel agency.

Making the security of information a priority. Keeping Client Information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We value your trust and handle information about you with care. At GMN Vacations, we limit access to Client information to those employees who need it to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and continually assess and implement new technologies for protecting information when appropriate.

Collecting information. We collect and use various types of information to service your requests, save you time and money and better understand your travel needs.

Managing information for your convenience. The information we use helps us bring you a valuable services and savings but most importantly, peace of mind as you travel. We limit who receives Client Information and what type of information is shared within our travel agency and preferred suppliers.

Disclosing information in other situations. We may also disclose Client information when required by law. Such disclosures may include those in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, or a fraud investigation.

Honoring your preferences. You have choices when it comes to learning about new offers and services from GMN Vacations. You can choose not to receive savings opportunities and marketing offers by mail, phone and/or e-mail from us or from our preferred suppliers.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (E-SIGN) AND UNIFORM ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS ACT (UETA) DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT
(“E DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT”)

This E Disclosure and Consent is provided in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC §7001, et seq. (“E-SIGN Act”) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as adopted by the various States.
Capitalized terms used in this E Disclosure and Consent have the meaning set forth in the Agreement or Terms and Conditions to which this E Disclosure and Consent is attached, except the words “You” and “Your” refer to the particular Person entering into or agreeing to the Agreement or Terms and Conditions.

This disclosure relates to the Website including, without limitation, electronic fund transfers, the use of electronic signatures and the use and storage of “electronic records” as defined in the E-SIGN Act. This policy describes how GMN Vacations delivers communications to You electronically. GMN Vacations may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised version will be effective when posted by Violet Clover Travel Group. If the revised version includes a substantial change, GMN Vacations will provide You with thirty (30) days’ prior notice by posting a notice of the change on the Website.

Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form
By entering into and accepting the Agreement or Terms and Conditions to which this E Disclosure and Consent is attached You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, notices, documents and disclosures relating to the Agreement or Terms and Conditions and Your use of the Website (collectively, “Communications”). Communications include agreements and policies You agree to (for example, and not by way of limitation, the Agreement, including the Privacy Policy), including updates to these agreements or policies; annual disclosures; transaction receipts or confirmations; statements and transaction history; and any other transaction information or other information related to the Agreement or the Website.

GMN Vacations will provide Communications to You by posting them on the Website and/or by emailing them to You at the primary email address designated by You in the Reservation Form or Credit Card Authorization Form.

How to Withdraw Your Consent
You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time. To withdraw consent, You may send a written request (a) by regular mail to GMN Vacations at 1211 Yorkdale Dr, Charlotte, NC 28217, or (b) by email to gwen@gmnvacations.com. If consent is withdrawn, GMN Vacations reserves the right to cancel any and all travel reservations / bookings made on Your behalf, and/or charge You additional fees for paper copies.

Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping Your primary email address on file with GMN Vacations up to date so that GMN Vacations can communicate with You electronically. You understand and agree that if GMN Vacations sends You an electronic Communication but You do not receive it because Your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by Your Internet service provider, or You are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, GMN Vacations still will be deemed to have provided the Communication to You. If You use a spam filter or other technology that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in Your email address book.

You can update Your primary email address or street address at any time by sending the updated information to GMN Vacations (a) by regular mail to GMN Vacations at 1211 Yorkdale Dr, Charlotte, NC 28217, or (b) by email to gwen@gmnvacations.com. If Your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to You by GMN Vacations are returned, GMN Vacations reserves the right to cancel any and all travel reservations / bookings made on Your behalf.

Requesting Paper Copies
You should not expect to receive a paper copy of any Communication, unless you request it or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You can obtain a paper copy of an electronic Communication by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy, provided that such request is made within a reasonable time after we first provided the electronic Communication to you. To request a paper copy, contact us by email, or by logging in to the Online Service and printing or saving a copy online. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper (instead of electronic) copy of any Communication that you have authorized us to provide electronically.
